CERO FAQ

Here's a simple guide to understanding CERO's rating:
A: This is ERSB's version of E. (For noobies: It's safe for everyone to play, even babies.)

B: Variation to ERSB's T rating; difference in lowest age class, which include 12-year-olds.
In other words, PG-12.

C: Included in ERSB's version of T.
CERO C means PG-15 or 15 and above.

D: Included in ERSB's version of T.
CERO D means PG-17.

CERO added this class because of the huge gap between 15 and 18. And since junior high-schoolers have yet to lose their innocence as kids and yet to uhh... have any experience with umm...suggestive themes, they decided to add this class. This is probably where most of the visual novels fall in category.

Z: ERSB's version of M. This is where ALL hentai is classed in, be it やおい or 百合.
